Templates are canned SMS text messages that are used on a regular basis, without having to retype them every time you need to send the same message.

How to create a Template

To create a Template message, go to Tools > Templates.

• 1. Enter the Message Type (SMS or Voice).
• 2. Enter the Template Type (Personal or Global).
• 3. Enter the Template Name.
• 4. Enter the Text message.
• 5. Click the Save button.
