Campaigns

Campaigns are built with Auto Responders. Message Type can be a combination of SMS text messages, Voice Broadcast calls, and/or Ringless Voice Mail drops.

When a Contact is added to a specific Group, they can receive a series of messages in a drip sequence. For example, they can receive an immediate welcome SMS message, followed by a Voice Broadcast call on Day 2, etc.

How to create a Campaign

To create a Campaign, go to Marketing > Campaigns.

  • 1. Enter a Campaign Name.
  • 2. Select an Auto Responder.
  • 3. Select Send immediately or Schedule message.
  • 4. Click the + Add Auto Responder button, to add this Auto Responder to the drip Campaign.
  • 5. Repeat Steps 2-4, to add additional Auto Responders.
  • 6. Click the Save button, when all Auto Responders have been added.
