Message Templates
Templates are canned SMS text messages that are used on a regular basis, without having to retype them every time you need to send the same message.
How to create a Template
To create a Template message, go to Tools > Templates.
- 1. Enter the Message Type (SMS or Voice).
- 2. Enter the Template Type (Personal or Global).
- 3. Enter the Template Name.
- 4. Enter the Text message.
- 5. Click the Save button.
